With the construction industry aiming to increase the proportion of female workers in the industry from 10% to 25% by 2030, there’s never been a better time for women to join this exciting and dynamic field. Currently, only 1 out of 10 construction workers are female, according to a survey by the Construction Industry Federation (CIF). The survey found that on construction sites, 99% of workers are male, while offsite, 54% are male and 46% are female. Of those women working in construction roles considered ‘offsite’, the majority work in administration, finance, HR, and marketing. These statistics highlight the need for more diversity and inclusivity in the industry, and our course is a perfect opportunity for women to be part of this positive change.

The benefits of a career in the construction industry are numerous. The industry offers higher salaries and benefits compared to many other sectors, making it a great choice for women looking to increase their earning potential. Additionally, the construction industry is highly regulated, leading to a safer work environment and better work-life balance.

So, if you’re a woman looking for a new challenge and an exciting career path, consider our construction training course. Join us in July 2023 and be part of the #BuildingEquality movement.
