Justin Redican ACIPD - General Manager / Training Manager

Justin is a very experienced in the training and recruiting industry and on top of his Chartered Institute of Personal Development qualification he holds qualifications in Human Resources Practice, Managing Safety in Construction and is a QQI Level 6 Trainer.

Prior to becoming GM at ECS Safety & Training, Justin was responsible for the launch of ECS Recruitment and is also General Manager of this company. ECS Recruitment provides Temporary, Contract and Permanent staffing solutions to a wide range of organisations from SME’s through to nationally recognised PLC organisations.

John Cronin – Operations / Quality Assurance Manager / Lead Instructor

John is a graduate from the world-famous Institute Hotelier Cesar Ritz in Switzerland with a Diploma in Hospitality Management and trained as a chef
from Ballymaloe Cookery School. John has almost 30 years experience in the hospitality and training industries. From Head Waiter at the 3-rosette Lanes
borough Hotel, and as an assistant restaurant manager at 2-3-rosette Danes field House Hotel to setting up his own outside catering business. Over the
years John has continued to learn upgrade his skills and win awards for them.

Daniel Curtis – Director / Lead Instructor

As Managing Director of Kendra Civil Engineering Ireland, Daniel has extensive knowledge of safety and training in the construction industry. Personnel at
Kendra undergo rigorous and regular certification and re-certification to provide the regulatory and quality standards the company require.

Having the right people with the right skillsets has allowed Kendra to grow successfully and Daniel sees ECS as a way of bringing this expertise and
experience of safety and training to other businesses and in other sectors.

Trevor Murtagh – Lead Instructor

With an extensive career in hospitality and construction, Trevor has been a Health & Safety trainer for many years. His list of personal certificates is as
long as your arm and he is also the Safety Manager at Kendra Civil Engineering. This not only gives him first class academic expertise but also real-world
experience on-sites.

Trevor is responsible for delivering many vital training courses for ECS.
